I was employed as a Supervisor and I managed the Cardiff Council Street Tree Contract as well as others such as SWTRA. I was responsible for a Van, Chipper and Tools, for staff, planning work, writing risk assessments, liaising with my boss, the council’s tree and highways officers and the general public. My team and I carry out tree planting, pruning and dismantling.

For nine years I worked as a self employed arborist. During this period I have engaged sub contractors to work as part of my team under my direction. I have also been a sub contractor to other companies. The extent of my experience has included Domestic, Commercial, Local Authority, Highways and Forestry work. Within those nine years my work has included Tree Surgery, Tree Planting, Forestry Felling, Tree Surveys and Inspections.
