Responsible for identifying new international business opportunities, creating market entry strategies and business plans, and leading their implementation.I led the establishment of Go-Ahead Verkehrgesellschaft Deutschland (Go-Ahead Germany) and was the initial Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of the business. The business was awarded its first contract to operate passenger rail services in Germany in 2016, and started operations in June 2019. I was responsible for establishing the Go-Ahead Nordic business and local management team. In October 2018 Go-Ahead was awarded the Norway South passenger rail contract, the first contract tendered by the Norwegian Rail Directorate.
