12 month industrial placement year spent working as part of the backhoe loader product team. Initial time was spent working heavily on CPI issues, finding solutions and making a permanent resolution to the issue. The industrial placement year was extended by three months in which I worked on an NPI project focusing on the structural development of a backhoe loader chassis group, focusing primarily on fatigue life increase following on machine stress analysis testing.

Rolls included ensuring safety of customers, safeguarding of property and dealing with customer related incidents.
