Cornerstone Resources Group: Part Time Commercial Director May 2019 – currently taking a short term “break”.For the last 3.5 years I have occupied the role of Commercial Director (part time) at Cornerstone Resources Group (CRG), a privately held UK North Sea exploration and development company. In that time I have been closely involved with the following for CRG: • Successful licence applications in the UK 32nd round in particular block 47/3i (Artemis gas discovery) which CRG were awarded 100% as operator. This field is currently under development by an expert team in Aberdeen and has been renamed the Abbey field.• Farm-in to a licence adjacent to Abbey with gas prospects and leads (Baker etc)• Manage a Competent Persons Report for the Abbey Field – gas fit for development.• Potential off take/gas supply agreements from the Abbey field.• A positive company enhancing farm-out of equity in the Abbey field and nearby Baker low risk gas prospect to Petrogas (see CRG press release on LinkedIn or CRG website).• Positioning for further licence applications in the 33rd licencing round• Evaluate UK North Sea investment opportunities: production/near term developments/exploration farm-ins• Various commercial/financial activities related to the UK North SeaAway from the UK North Sea, I have provided commercial support for California Petroleum Group on their oil production activities in Bakersfield, California, USA.For now my commercial role is temporarily quiescent however, I am a shareholder in CRG and in the future as required will perform “call off” commercial/M&A work. However, I do have the capacity to take on additional work and am “hungry” for new opportunities/ventures.

Provide Specialised/Specific Internationally acquired M&A/Business Development/Commercial Expertise to Negotiations and Transactions in the Energy Sector.Advisor to: Corporates/Companies (most recently Cornerstone Oil & Gas Ltd and previously Premier Oil plc), Financial Institutions, Private Investors, Legal and Tax entities plus certain Energy Consultancies.

Provide advice to the Executive Board Members and Senior Management plus undertake lead/core team role on Transactions as required.
