During his 10-year tenure with the company, Richard has made significant contributions by growing business revenue, gaining market share, and developing key relationships with customers and partners in his responsible territory. Richard has more than 30 years of IT experience in multinational corporations, in which 20 years of experience in Business Continuity Management. During his career, he engaged on various IT projects to strengthen resilience against disasters in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his role in Precisely, Richard has held various positions in IBM, including Business Continuity and Recovery Manager , Solution Manager, Business Continuity Management Consultant , Solution Architect – South East Asia, India & Sri Lanka, Project Manager and System Engineer.
