Recently worked for the fastest growing Startup in Australia, disrupting the grocery industry by delivering your goods in 10 minutes or less, now relocated in New York.I love figuring out how to make things run smoother and more efficiently, in all things operation related, efficiency and accuracy are my ever priority. I pride myself on being an agile and modern leader, with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving growth and profitability (recently at MILKRUN).As a self-starter, I enjoyed working in a startup, but also any other fast-paced environments where I can leverage my expertise to help the business scale and succeed. I love taking on challenges and untangling complex situations, using my problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to identify and implement effective solutions. Trials and errors, I believe, teaches success.In addition to work, I'm an almost accomplished athlete, playing sports at an international level (Team Handball), and recently started my Triathlon "career".
