Minotaur Labs is a partner and service provider to the semiconductor industry per industry standards in testing: electrostatic discharge, reliability, qualification, destructive, debug breakout, simulation. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Test Engineer • Building test plans for wafer level and package components• Debugging and wave verifications with oscilloscope using ESDA/ANSI/MIL standards• Testing included: Human Body Model (HBM), Transmission Line Pulse (TLP), Human Metal Model (HMM), Machine Model (MM), Charged Device Model (CDM)• Performing tests with GTS flying probes system, RCDM, MK2 machines• Analyzing I/V Waveforms and DC Sweeps, including documentation of procedures and lab write-ups• Troubleshooting components and machinery. Soldering/desoldering components (capacitors, resistors, diodes) to PCBs• Designing tester equipment with Sketch-up to improve testing efficiency• Providing detailed quotes to customers; advising customers on Supply and I/O groups with ESD protection• Invoicing POs, managing company’s financial bank account by providing monthly financial statements
