Responsible for commissioning functional and integrated systems, of complex and highly reliable systems for mission critical facilities. Responsible for management of HVAC / BMS control projects, including design, installation and material procurement. My duties also included coordination of controls technicians and subcontractors. Projects included new and retrofit installations in hospitals, office buildings and schools.

As a project manager, I was responsible for the management of the installation, start-up and owner training for Building Automation, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, and Fuel Oil Monitoring systems. Including; controls installations in Semiconductor manufacturing plants, hospital expansions / renovations, commercial office buildings and schools. The skills I learned as a field technician and project superintendent served me well in my roll as a PM.
