• Successfully delivered Oxford Publish (Biblio) Programme (£3.5 mill budget) into Academic division for OUP whilst resolving significant underlying programme issues.• Changed delivery model from Agile to Waterfall (service launch) focus, reviewed scope to focus on MVP, created single programme plan to communicate to exec & management team and introduced delivery leads for key areas to address under-performing issues. • Introduced clear engagement structure with clear points of contact into programme to prevent multiple content points/priorities/loss of focus.

• Release Train Engineer for OUP Infrastructure portfolio responsible for implementing agile tools & processes into the delivery teams for Infrastructure projects.• Facilitating 2 day quarterly PI Planning events for Infrastructure portfolio team utilising agile planning tools such as Kanban board to deliver clear plan and objectives for the next quarter in 2 week increments.• Ensured the Infrastructure portfolio produced the required weekly management reports and applied quality management on the report data.

• Release Train Engineer managing the demand and delivery of the IT features for the OSS, BSS & billing IT systems for the Vodafone ready network (SDN/NFV transformation) programme successfully delivering IT solutions for the product launch of SD-WAN products. • Matrix manage a Release Train team of Business Analysts, IT Solution Architects and IT Test Management to define the IT Features/User Stories to enable IT Delivery using both Confluence & JIRA tools.• Ensure the Release Train delivers on time (PI cadence) and within scope (minimal viable product) and within budget (fixed IT capacity and budget costs) for the Solution Trains.• Support New Product Development testing (ORT) and Product Launch across multiple Solution Train portfolios / Value Streams (Juniper, Cisco, Customer Experience & Additional Products) working up into a Lean Portfolio Management Programme.

• Responsible for managing Vodafone Group Enterprise IT Demand for Vodafone Global Enterprise and Vodafone Carrier Services into IT Delivery for Vodafone Group Technology. • Focus on developing and running the IT demand management processes which underpin the Project Delivery team’s ability to deliver quality products on time and to budget. • Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the demand planning and control process and control over ongoing projects.
