I have 40 plus years in the commercial ,Retail construction industry.I worked 23 years with a fixture manufacturer I ran the safety department was lead superintendent traveled all over the US doing turn key retail projects self performing and supervising. I ran the contract manufacturing division for 2 years and then moved to the Construction division . I had 14 2 man crews working all over the US . I also did all of the take off estimating and buyout. I also hired all subs.After working here they went out of business I worked as a construction manager building ground up Home Depot stores. I built 4 in various states and buy out on 3 others.I then worked for a company building a 1500 car parking garage that’s when the economy went bust and I was out of work for 2 years.I then went to work as a superintendent building retail stores turnkey for 2 years. I then went to work for a company as a superintendent building Costco Stores ground up. I had assistant Superintendent’s and project engineers on each site. I then went to work building Restaurants .
