Part time property manager with the following responsibilities:-Responsible for procuring new tenants/ lessors, maintaining current tenants/ lessors and settling problematic ones.-Assigned with researching renovation works and making renovation plans. Also minor overseeing of the works done making sure certain standards are met.-Screening of different contractors and negotiating with them so that all expenses are within budget.-Research of new maintenance practices or possible improvements for different properties and applying it whenever approved.-Create cash flow analysis reports and report them to the president/ CEO.

Role Summary:Tasked to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of day to day operations and provide the necessary data to report, analyze, and improve KPI's, processes, and profitability of the company.Previous and/ or Overlapping Roles:Sales Specialist-Tasked to handle new and current accounts and process their orders, invoices, and item returns.-Responsible for the collection of accounts and settlement of problematic ones.-Made sure customers received the right SKU's and that new SKU's are offered to the right markets.Human Resource Officer-Responsible for the training of new recruits and making sure employees are concern free.-Tasked to keep track of employee's KPI's and report them to the president/ CEO.-In charge of looking for new talent to update the company's work force.Fleet Manager-Made sure in house forwarder's downtime was at a minimum and useful work is at a maximum.-Created proper maintenance plans and made sure it was followed strictly-Report and document problems whenever a unit is down.-Outsourced parts and labor.Inventory Management and Analytics-In charge of receiving and dispatching of inventory.-Record all movements in the warehouse and report any losses.-Create reports on SKU's profitability and turn over.-Source different suppliers to find the cheapest supply.
