Responsible for the training and supervision of current Officers and new employees. As a result, I have been a part of long term support of Officers in decision making and customer relations. This includes responsibility for making real time decisions in crisis situations that ensure the best possible outcomes for patients, hospital staff, and the company as a whole. I possess extensive experience in managing our day to day role in dealing with regulatory overhead. My job function has also included performing security assessments. I work with TSI regularly on access control systems (CCR’s, CCURE, hardware) and in the process of Security equipment installs and upgrades from obtaining proposals to final inspection and billing. In addition I have created and chair the FBC/Security Matters council, am on several construction committees, the Night Council, and have spearheaded Security’s involvement in outreach efforts that see us making appearances in shift huddles and other committees to discuss security matters and provide and receive feedback from employees. My job duties also include managing the schedule for all shifts and employees.
