I help organizations Increase business performance through human centred design. Acknowledgement of and respect for human capabilities and limitations are important drivers for me. I strongly believe (and can prove) that system and organizational performance benefits from integrating human factors into their design processes. Whether it be technological innovations or organizational changes humans are key to success. I use scientific knowledge of human physiology and anthropometry, psychology, sociology, safety science etc. as a basis for consultancy. But probably even more important I use a human touch during my assignments, and I use the strengths of my team and my customers.
