With over four years of experience as an Assistant Athletic Director at Westcliff University, I am passionate about developing and promoting high-quality athletic programs that align with the university's mission and vision. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, which enables me to apply educational principles and best practices to the athletic department.My core competencies include team and event coordination, equipment and inventory management, game day operations, and staff support. I have successfully facilitated the travel, hotel, and transportation arrangements for all teams, processed all apparel and equipment orders, monitored and assisted with game day personnel, and supported the Associate Athletic Director. I have also demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with coaches, athletes, administrators, and external partners. I am driven and strategic, motivated by the goal of creating an exceptional membership experience for our students and community.
