As the Head of Compliance & Risk at CloudNativeX, I lead strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence and mitigate risks in our operations. My responsibilities include developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks, evaluating risk management strategies, and providing independent assurance to our organization's stakeholders. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance our digital landscape's compliance posture. Additionally, I oversee the crafting of customized security solutions, assess vulnerabilities, and implement cutting-edge technologies to proactively address threats. In this role, I've played a pivotal part in aligning our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategy with regulatory requirements and industry standards, contributing to the organization's overall success.

- Designing Robust Insider Threat Architectures: Crafting comprehensive strategies to identify, mitigate, and respond to insider threats, ensuring the security of sensitive information and company assets.- Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating with key organizational stakeholders, including Legal, Human Resources, and Privacy offices, to enhance detection and response mechanisms.- Program Development and Management: Developing and operationalizing program performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and evaluating technical aspects of insider threat programs.- Architecting Insider Threat Programs: Leading the design and implementation of insider threat programs, leveraging technologies such as Qradar, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, zScaler, etc.- Security Engineering Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of Insider Threat Architecture, key systems, and effective technical implementation approaches.
