I am an organised, strong decision maker with an eye for detail with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.As a Sales Manager I delivered 4-21% year on year growth via relationship building & strategic planning on a customer portfolio ranging in value from $1.5M to $100K TO PA. I achieved a 9.2% increase on sales margin in one 12 month period via upselling package deals & higher margin product mixes . I won GE Salesperson of the Year award for 21% increase in sales & the outstanding 'Dream Team' sales team I was part of also won Sales Team of the Year award for delivering positive 4% growth in turnover and margin. As Deal Manager, I used my overall commercial, LED technical & product knowledge, contract negotiation & analytical skills to co-ordinate ITO (enquiry to order) Retail project tenders/offers of $250K to $7M each & secured > $1 million USD of Local Authority street lighting fixture business in 2016.As Project Manager, I executed project commitments (for two of the “big four” grocery chains with annual sales values to GE of up to $10M). In this role I won GE External Focus awards 2 years in succession.As Commercial Operations Manager I improved sales force effectiveness and call rates & was a key contributor in transforming GE Lighting from a sales transaction business to a specification business (spec all increased form <5% to 40%). I coached and on boarded the North Region (geographical in Europe, UK, Ireland, Nordics) personnel for GE acquisition Lightech.
