    Software Engineer (2003-2008) - Worked in the Development Instrumentation Tools Group. Following is list of my experience.* Worked on a PC WIN/XP based calibration tool suite. Responsibilities included writing the software design document for the database, proof of concept with ADO.NET along with using SQL and LINQ statements, developed source control and build procedures for the application suite implementing the 3.5 NET technologies.• Collaborated with a team that designed, developed, and tested an automated testing and measurement system named Test Tool Box (TTB) designed to run on Microsoft XP operating system. Responsible for developing the JET 4.0 database scheme and writing test scripts in Microsoft 6.0 C/C++ and Python 2.4. Performed proof of concept activities using National Instrument’s TestStand, LabView, and Measurement & Automation packages. A digitally controlled vehicle simulator by OPAL-RT was used in TTB to simulate the vehicle’s sensors and actuator environment. Developed routines in C/C++ that communicated to additional equipment via a General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB). Used Microsoft Access 2000 report objects and Visual Basic Application Code (VBA) to automatically create reports of tests run in TTB.• Functioned as “Build Manager” for software configuration management for software groups located in Kokomo, In. and Bangalore, India. Telelogic CM Synergy / Change Synergy was the configuration management system used. The build procedures consisted of applications written in Visual Basic 2008, Visual C/C++ 6.0, Visual Basic 6.0, Cosmic C, Hewlett Packard C, and DIAB compliers.• Supported Instrumentation Tools Group as a S/W engineer designing, writing, and testing applications written in Microsoft Visual C/C++ 6.0 targeted for Windows 2000, XP and Linux platforms. Object oriented methods of Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA, OOD, OOP) were used in these projects. .
