Responsible for re-designing a packaging process. Working along aside a team of Engineers and other employees it was determined that over 100 feet of travel and approximately 15 minutes of time could be saved. The idea was based around the packages coming to the employee rather than the employee moving to the the packages. The new process, once completed was rewarded by the company for Operation Excellence as it improved both productivity and efficiency.
