Responsible for running the business in virtually every aspect from garnering sales leads, recruiting, and completing projects. Working to provide high-quality work and service at a fraction of the regular cost, while running a clean and efficient business.

Operated a residential painting business under the guidance and coaching of the student works management program. Over the course of the season, I was able to put my leadership, management, and many other business skills to the test. During this season I was able to personally hire and train my personal sales team. Together we were able to book $50,000 of painting work. Additionally, I had the opportunity to hire and train multiple crews of painters over the course of the summer.I was able to run a profitable business during a pandemic and provide full/part-time work to 8 individuals over the course of the spring and summer

Served food, bussed tables, and occasionally helped out in the kitchen. Here I was able to learn how to work efficiently under high-stress environments with a team of bilingual servers and cooks while maintaining high-quality professional customer service standards.
