As a Training Supervisor at the USCG Afloat Training Organization Mayport, I oversee the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services to Coast Guard units and personnel. With a BS in Organizational Leadership and over 10 years of experience in naval engineering and maintenance, I have developed strong competencies in project management, team leadership, problem-solving, and communication. I have successfully managed and coordinated multiple large-scale maintenance and engineering projects, such as the overhaul of the USCGC VIGILANT and the upgrade of the Base Honolulu Naval Engineering Department. I have also supervised and mentored several departments and teams, ensuring their readiness and performance. My mission is to support the USCG's operational excellence and readiness by providing effective and efficient training and engineering solutions. I am passionate about learning and sharing my expertise with others, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow and contribute to the USCG and its partners.
