This role also included Project Administration and Management as well as producing and submitting quotations, scoping the works, organising surveyors and managing data and interfacing with clients. In addition I was responsible for managing domestic removal projects including requesting quotes from removal contractors through to liaising with both client and tenant.I carried out re-inspections, Management and Refurbishment surveys to a variety domestic properties. I also gained experience in the TEAMS data management system.

I worked in this role for over 11 years starting out as a Surveyor progressing into Project Administration and Management. This role included producing and submitting quotations, scoping the works, organising surveyors and managing the data along with interfacing with clients. More recently I became the line manager for 5 surveyors which has included, amongst other things, managing individual’s equipment, training and certification requirements along with monitoring and authorising overtime. I have project managed both domestic and commercial projects becoming very familiar with clients property stock and requirements. I feel I have been instrumental in generating a substantial quantity of repeat business with our domestic clients.I have played an active role in dispute resolution resulting in a continuing working relationship with the parties involved. I have achieved this by having frank and constructive discussions and understanding and clarifying the requirements of all parties and instigating practices to resolve all issues and move the relationship forward. I am also proficient in AutoCAD and the ENVACS Data Management System including the domestic module.
