Accountable for the development and implementation of programs and process changes to improve Southern Industrial profits, safety, productivity, work quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the daily and long-term operations of the North Carolina Customer Service department and for all interaction between Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts, its customers, and its domestic and international dealer network. Managed Customer service department for Rampage Yachts, reporting directly to Corporate Director of Customer Service.

Directly responsible for all aspects of daily and long-term production, team-building, organization and efficiency on luxury yacht lines. Organized and led inter-company transfer of $13MM product line. Complete responsibility for all facets of organization and start-up of manufacturing line. Managed prototype implementation of Lean manufacturing processes in the facility.
