Richard has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction market. He began his career at L+M as a Project Manager and held positions with increasing responsibility. Currently he oversees the pre-development / preconstruction team and focuses on building quality and innovative housing that is attractive, energy efficient and eco-friendly. Prior to L+M, he ran his own company that developed abandoned brownstones in historic neighborhoods and restored them to obtain the Historic Tax Credit. His company also built custom homes and managed general contracting for other developers, including L+M.
