Fluid Biosolutions represents a growing number of global manufacturers supplying a range of products into the pharmaceutical and life science industries. With a focus on fluid handling and aseptic processes, we work closely with our clients to ensure the best products for their applications. This often includes designing custom solutions, particularly with the increasing trend towards single use technology within the manufacture of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products.Based in Melbourne, Fluid Biosolutions is active throughout Australia, and prides itself on the level of customer service and support we are able to offer our clients.

Overall management responsibility for two business lines within Olympus Australia/New Zealand:Micro Imaging Systems Division - Microscopy and digital imaging technology for Medical and Scientific Research, Clinical Pathology, IVF and other industrial and scientific market sectors.Instrumentation and Measurement Systems Division - Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology to the aviation, military, oil & gas, mining, Power Gen and other industrial applications.Responsibilities included overall P/L management along with strategic development of both business lines to capitalise on growth opportunities in both mature and developing market sectors.Developing and coaching a team of Sales, Marketing and Business Unit Managers to drive the implementation and success of key divisional and company wide strategic initiatives, along with the growth of both business units in line with the Corporate Strategic Plan.Manage the integration of newly acquired XRF business into the Industrial division.

Leading the Sales Team of the Micro-Imaging Systems (MIS) Division across Australia and New Zealand.The MIS division supplies microscopy and digital imaging equipment across a wide range of industries. Key market sectors are Pathology, IVF, Education and Medical Research.Key responsibilities of this role:Achievement of sales/profit targets for the ANZ regionDevelopment and implmentation of strategic plans along with Marketing and General ManagementCoaching, mentoring and development of a diverse sales team with different skill sets, knowledge and experience.
