Over this time Richard has been responsible for coordinating Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Strata portfolios in excess of $AU2 Billion at any one time. Using his extensive property and business knowledge, Richard has developed procedures and strategies which have set the benchmark for Property, Facility and Project Management. Richard has been around buildings, development sites and part of construction teams all his working life. He has Advanced Diplomas in Building and Construction,Project Management and a Cert 3 in Carpentry. Dedicated to leading teams to reach desired out comes Richard is a graduate of the NSW Uni General Managers program. He has held the role of GM to a team of 30 and is a past lecturer for NSW TAFE, Richard is an experinced General Manager and client relationship builder.The ongoing development of new property Nationally, means Richard has had the opportunity to work closely with owners, developers and construction teams on many Development sites, which required providing direction and advice on development design, full site Project Management, Capital works programs and budgets, improvement suggestions regarding Facility Management and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.Richard has extensive experience and knowledge on the daily operations of Developments, building operations, Mechanical, Fire Services and full Multi Services. In 2016 Richard moved from Agency practice to the Contractor Supplier Industry and was appointed to represent BSA-Advanced Property Solutions as the National Account Manager solely responsible for the Harvey Norman property Portfolio, with close to 1000 retail and warehouse sites. Richard is responsible for the National delivery of Mechanical Services (HVAC), Fire Services, Electrical compliance, Multi Services and completing pre purchase Due diligence building condition reports.Not one to sit at a desk, weekly he is traveling to stores Nationally inspecting, supervising and being hands on. This procative attitude and his extensive building experience has seen Richard's role to expand to encompass all areas of Multi Services and Project Management. He is now the Project Manager responsible for the control, supervision and sign off of all capital works projects.
