My role at Dataforce is broad and varied with elements of traditional account management, business development, data journalism including articles, interviews and press releases and using research & networking to help further broaden our country scope. These elements combined with the over 45 countries of new car registration data that Dataforce provides, allows me to understand many different automotive markets while being able to help customers/clients with clear insights, trends analysis and consultative answers to their market questions. Some responsibilities from my role include:• Regular contact with customer/clients from OEM’s, Leasing Companies, Tier 1&2 suppliers, Consultant Companies and Automotive Journalists.• Analysing data to discover trends or anomalies allowing clients/customers the opportunity for a more comprehensive data-driven decision.• Delivering reports and consultations to both new and existing client base.• Networking and promoting the Dataforce suite of products• Attending both traditional automotive and other industry conferences and fairs to further expand the client portfolio, deliver presentations or seek out new opportunities for data acquisition. • Generating press releases based on automotive data in both written and video format for the deliver of data insights.• Researching data and market trends for journalist articles alongside the creating of those articles. • Networking and promoting the Dataforce suite of products both in person and via social media – LinkedIn & Twitter
