• Senior test lead for Navy launch system for Zumwalt & Virginia SSN to launch the CPS hypersonic air vehicle. Responsible for all testing of first system to use air pressure alone for missile launch. • Leading team of 20+ test engineers on contractor led MBSE test program. Developing Cameo model.• Updating system performance requirements. Advocated teaming across test groups between launch system & air vehicle, all of systems engineering, integration, & test (SEIT) now working together. Continual discussions with systems program engineers to sub-contractors & government on components performance.• Leading development of test plans & test directives to include sensor & data requirements, determining test success through analysis & modelling, planning for test infrastructure upgrades & development

Weapons test• Lead flight test engineer supporting all weapons program offices at Eglin, including hypersonic programs, long range cruise missile program, air to air weapons, & air to surface weapons plus the targets programs. Also supporting testing of swarming, autonomy, EC, DE, cyber, & C4. • Developed test strategy, TEMPs, plans, & documents. • Hypersonics lead tester. Developed the test strategy, test plans, test range capabilities, test instrumentation required to test hypersonics weapons on the Eglin or other test ranges. • Multiple SAP programs.• Wing civilian lead for implementing MBSE into test using Cameo & program office GRA Digital Engineering acquisition models• Developed Gulf of Mexico test strategy. Determined capabilities needed, led development of solution.
