They operate via two brands Azura Search and Altum Consulting, with offices in London and Amsterdam.I worked with the Co-CEO's (long time associates), and the Chairman, to ensure the business took full advantage of development opportunities via the adherence to a strategic plan. The business grew significantly during this period, both with regard to revenues and geographic reach.

As one of the main equity holders I led the business, and then sold it in 2006 to the Dutch multinational, Randstad, the world's second largest staffing business. MWA is now known as Randstad Finance and Professional.• MWA was a mid market Finance and Accounting recruitment business - covering both permanent and interim placement.• Chief Executive from 1999, responsible for all aspects of running the business, leading the management board. • By 2009 the business had grown to sales of £50m+, 15 locations and 225 staff in the UK and NL.
