Establishing a change portfolio approach aligned to deliver the FSA’s Strategy and ensuring that the departmental project resource is effectively deployed to drive the pace of change required in a sustainable manner.An experienced and trained coach, mentor & facilitator both in the management & project field having supported the majority of those worked with into achieving promotion or opportunities they hadn't previously been able, and is sought out by colleagues as a 'go-to' for personal development. With a constant learning and improvement that drives everything, and showing great ambition in building strong capability and performance within an expanding network, and across the government project delivery profession at a senior level. Regularly volunteering experience over a number of years to support & develop young talent through joint private/public sector programmes delivered through EY Foundation.
