* Staff Product Characterization Engineer* Lab manager, in charge of Operation/Automation for Characterization Team globally* Developed automation tools for operation and characterization activities* Develop methodologies to characterize the performance for FPGA* Create FPGA design using Verilog and in house tools to verify FPGA performance on silicon* Generates performance characterization plan with IC designers* Analyze characterization results and create characterization report* Correlates bench and ATE results

- Supervise and provide training and guidance on Analysis activities / plan / DOE /FMEA for engineers and customers. - Perform in depth debug of ATE test, system platform debug, Test Validation of motherboard and CPU disassembly, Bios firmware debug for Customer Failure Analysis Request material.- Performance Management, Manage KPI, & oversee analysis progress and manage projects & manage supplier, NPI Readiness. - planning/assignment, people skill and training plan for engineers- Drive Test coverage improvement, DPPM reduction.

- Involve in Intel® Processor Merom/Conroe Post Silicon IO Design Validation Development.- Define, own, and lead engineers in design validation activities which involve DFx test methodology, data collection on product IO specs - Own test pattern simulation, generation and troubleshooting - Join development and transfer with cross functional group involve product design team & back end development team for new product- Solve test yield issue and drive yield improvement for manufacturing counterpart - Oversee development & design for validation project cycle- Group lead, coaching and training of engineers.
