- Provide customer-centric banking services to affluent & premium customers across deposits, lending (Consumer and Business), investment and wealth.- Proactive acquisition by working closely with branch, BT Invest and Financial Planning colleagues to expand client base, using own networking activities and referrals from existing portfolio. - Support Bank Managers and provide input into the Business Development Plan through an in-depth knowledge of the affluent & international market.- Work with marketing team to raise brand awareness and deepen relationship with local communities. Drive both internal and external team engagement and collaboration for business development events.

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 350 small business clients to develop new and existing relationships. • Drive the growth and profitability of a portfolio of 350 SME clients with Funds under Management (FUM) in excess of $100m in Lending and $85m in Deposits• Provide professional banking services for a portfolio of Business Banking customer base, defined as having Business lending facilities up to $1m plus Leasing; Business income up to $5m. • Identify high potential customers through research and proactively call them to maximise sales results which include Business lending, Deposits and wealth referrals
