- Provide the non-manufacturing entities with functional guidance and technical expertise on HSE-related issues.- Develop and deliver policies, procedures, auditing, training, communications, and educational materials to promote increased understanding, appreciation, and adherence to safe operating practices throughout the workplace to ensure compliance with Bridgestone standards and government regulations. Operate in adherence to defined HSE KPIs to enable effective departmental performance and impact on company operations and provide data for preparing valuable Corporate HSE reports.- Coordinate with support functions related to Health & Safety compliance-related issues.- Coordinate and promote safety awareness campaigns (Safety week, World Environment Day, Disaster Prevention Week, Sustainability Week activities, etc.) to increase awareness among the Bridgestone manufacturing & non-Mfg. sites.
