Richard Abbitt is a Partner at Industry Partners in Los Angeles. He has been a prominent commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles for forty years specializing in advising frontier technology, media and entertainment companies at the board of directors and senior executive management level in the strategic leasing, acquisition & disposition for significant real estate transactions. Prior to joining Industry Partners, he was a Founding Partner at Lee & Associates, Richard Abbitt also had formed Venture Realty Group acting as the President & CEO. Richard was also a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of CBRE, creating the Technology Services Group. He initially started his extensive real estate career right out of college joining Studley, eventually becoming a Branch Manager and a consistent top producer in the greater Los Angeles area. In addition, to assisting clients which include ComCast Ventures, Fika Ventures, March Capital, Reimagined VC, Silicon Valley Bank, SimplePractice, Gunderson Dettmer, Stradling, Science37, InVia Robotics, TigerConnect, Navitas Semiconductor, Thrive Market, Therabody, Immortals, JellySmack, Imagine Entertainment, Donut Media, amongst numerous other highly innovative companies.
