I love the sticky challenges of productizing AI-driven SaaS, which I’ve now done for over 5 years and over $50m in ARR. AI tech is only as good as the user experience and frontline teams built around it. The only thing I love almost as much is building teams and developing new PMs into lifelong PMs. I am driven by the Arthur Clarke quote "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
