VR Headspace is an innovative development company that builds cutting edge Virtual Reality applications. Experiences include interactive training and simulations for the production and manufacturing industry, as well as immersive classroom learning. VR Headspace utilizes state-of-the-art hardware like the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and Microsoft HoloLens, to create Virtual and Augmented Reality tools. The technology is fast becoming a key learning tool for employee training and school learning.

Responsible for implementing the build, maintenance and strike of the main Grand Final venue within the tight operational constraints of the historic Buckingham Fountain. Responsible for the development and successful execution of the Triathlon and Road Cycling sport strategies and plans for the TORONTO 2015 Pan American/Parapan American Games.Coordinating projects and services in the areas of sport competition, sport operations/services, sport presentation, ensuring a consistent level of service across all sports.Responsible for projects from planning through to implementation stages, and for gathering and providing sport information to and for other Functional Areas.Helping foster and service strong relationships with key sport stakeholder groups, including Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs), National Sport Organizations (NSOs), International Sport Federations (IFs), Continental Federations (CFs), Sport Organizing Committees (SOCs), the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC).

Responsible for planning and implementing the build, maintenance and strike of the Grand Final event sites inclusive of Hawrelak Park, Tri Party Zone and outdoor special events & hosting venues. Core responsibilities also include the operational management of the technical areas of competition, including sports equipment, field of play set-up, course transtitions, warm up and training areas.• Responsible for developing the project plan, complete with a detailed working schedule• Completed the venue builds, based on the operations Scope of Work • Supervised the onsite delivery of the various contracted service providers and vendors related to the venue• Responsible for managing, training and supervising the Operations Team. Maintained web based communications with race yachts, providing them with up to the minute weather and routing information.

Working in both the UK and Germany, I specialised in low speed and pedestrian impact protection.

Undertook a five year technical apprenticeship through all areas of vehicle design, development and production.
