Responsible for End to End Management of a major digital transformation project for Field Services at Telstra. Introducing a new Workforce Management System - Promise. Development of Business Case and Management of Business Team including:Comms & EngagementChange ManagementHR & Union EngagementTraining & Device RolloutBusiness Testing Business ProcessEngagement and Management of ITPromise delivered mobility devices to our 5000 Field Technicians, with a workforce management app, as well as Promise Scheduling used by operations groups to schedule and dispatch 20k tickets of work per day across all Telstra products and technologies. Promise Dashboard provides live analytics to Management groups and wider 3k FOH users.A major transformation programme to replace an aged Workforce Management system, in a complex IT and Business environment. For this role I was awarded a COO award and was one of the key leaders in the success of this project.

During this time I ran a number of Programs including major upgrades of Business Critical systems, including our Data Billing Platform and CRM Siebel.I also led the build an Internal Cloud Platform called EPIC and created this as an IT offering to the business. These Projects were between $5-50m in their total size and I enjoyed creating teams of highly skilled domain specialists united with common goals.I then moved from IT to Field Services and lead a number of key initiatives including supporting Telstra Platinum Product and Field capability, and major onboarding initiatives to support the rollout of the NBN.I received a number of COO awards for programs I managed, and highlights included being a Telstra Excellerate Winner and Telstra Extreme Winner

I first starting working at IBM in 2009 as a Resource Manager - my first job after moving across the world to Melbourne! I managed work for 100 plus technical resources across a number of disciplines, and worked with Project Managers to resource these projects and advise on skills and turnaround times. I then moved in to the Technical Services Team and managed a team of Oracle database administrators. As part of this role we developed a new process and automation for delivering Oracle solutions for our customer Telstra. This also involved travel to India to setup the global delivery of this. Finally I took over the running of the Infrastructure Services Team managing scope, engagement, resourcing, costs and delivery. This included Delivery Managers, Designers, Storage & Backups, Monitoring, Solaris, Database, Quality Assurance and Operational Readiness SMEs. During this time we created a well proven engagement and delivery approach and were highly successful.
