Managed content of ecommerce website with focus on product content and ease of navigation for users to view products online. Managed product descriptions, images, technical documents and specifications of all available products in the database. Worked with sales and customer service in adding new products, updating existing products and deactivating discontinued products. Assisted in new site development.

Responsible for securing credit card payments for orders of authorized dealers of the company. Other responsibilities include first level customer service for dealers, performing order entry, returns and responding to general inquiries.

Led a number of teams for the telecommunications account of the company. First, a provisioning team performing order entry and circuit design. Second, an activations team providing remote testing and activation support for circuit installations. Third, a provisioning and service delivery team for high-bandwidth circuits. Responsibilities were but not limited to management of staffing and workload, second level escalation support, monitoring of team’s and agents’ metrics to ensure that service level agreements are met and providing coaching and feedback for agents’ development.

Did order entry and provisioning for a telecommunications account of the company. Was also a helpdesk agent providing troubleshooting and trouble ticket support. Transferred to another line of business to provision high bandwidth circuits for the same account.
