Working to develop a comprehensive event strategy aligned with the Almost Like We Met's marketing and promotional goals. Responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, such as album launch parties, shows, festivals, and online forms of entertainment such as twitch streams.Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal team members in areas such as marketing, artist relations, and external partners such as venues, vendors, sponsors, and production companies.

Working as a production coordinator by overseeing the logistical aspects of the event, including transportation of equipment, staging materials, and personnel both before, during and after each event, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are on-site and in the right place at the right timeThere is significant overlap in this role with the site operations team, working with grounds team to facilitate the management of the festival site, including non-production areas such as entrance/exit to the grounds, as well as outside the event in traffic operations leading into the area.Emergency response programs and handling of on-site production situations are a major goal when attendees are on site.
