I am an in-store representative of Canon employed for a customer facing role. The main part of the role is to demonstrate Canon cameras and other photographic equipment. But, I am also there to answer queries that customers may have. Giving a face to the brand and allowing it to be easy for customers to approach me with questions. My duties are mainly in-store but can also extend to events to which Canon participate.

I was a Canon Representative employed by Big Picture. My main duties were demonstrating Canon photographic products to customers represent Canon UK in various retail outlets.

Primarily in charge of the photographic section, including presentation and stock management.

My responsibilities included selling and advising on cameras and print based products. Maintaining the instore print section to make sure that it was constantly fully stocked and operational as well as answering customer queries in an after sales and technical sense.
