• Selected to set up and manage a new start up site for Convergys with Microsoft. This involved initial training and set up of a new training team, and integration with the Microsoft systems.
• Deliver Train the Trainer certification.
• Assist Training Manager in skills assessment of associate training staff via classroom monitoring, auditing and feedback.
• Worked with Microsoft on multiple training projects across multiple sites. Which involve evaluating existing training, and developing new training programs in line with the client and market requirements
• Provide support to the New Hire training process including but not limited to, obtaining system log-ins, scheduling of visiting speakers, resolution of on-line time card issues, material preparation, graduation, etc.

Dublin

• Facilitating all new hire training and deliver all modular and refresher training to service professionals working on the contract across two sites (Dublin and Helsingborg).
• Solely responsible for developing and writing all training to be delivered with regular consultation with the client.
• Responsible for reporting to and liaising directly with the client in all matters associated with the training that the service professionals are receiving.
• Carrying out full training needs analyses every 6 months across the full contract to identify any gaps in knowledge, and filling any identified gaps with the required training programs.
