Hosting Program Manager Managed the build out of two new datacenters with hosting partner in a shared and co-lo configuration. Technology platforms include vBlock, vRealize, Chef, CheckPoint, F5, Akamai, and Exadata. Phase 1 of migration initially migrated 25 application and services directly tied to IHG Revenue Channels. Completing this phase allowed IHG to decommission two older hosted sites. Currently migrating greater than 45 applications and services supporting Revenue, Loyalty and CRM channels in a Phase 2 push. By the program's end there will be almost 300 applications and services moved from 3 legacy hosted facilities to 2 newer and more efficient sites.

Senior member of the Executive Strategic Management Office responsible for the delivery of top 5 corporate initiatives while ensuring all corporate programs maintain alignment with the company's strategic direction. • Led Strategic Marketing initiative to convert existing fixed cost builder account into HomeBanc’s first builder/ mortgage broker joint venture. Was responsible for the timely delivery of a $60 million dollar business to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Successfully managed a team of 95 associates interfacing with all HomeBanc business divisions. Developed blueprint material (project, training, sales presentations) for future iterations of this strategy.
