Member of and reported to 11-member Board of Directors including standing committees. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Successfully restructured the company to eliminate a long-standing $250,000 annual operating cash shortfall by reducing excessive management levels, reorganizing departmental structures, initiating personnel performance standards and realigning/improving staff resulting in higher productivity and improved customer service and reducing a major receivables problem.• Led the complete company re-brand from “VisionQuest Alliance” to “Tenfold BPO” inclusive of name/marketing platform, market sectors, and service operations. Changes were completed within a limited marketing budget and completed within 3 months.

Iron Mountain is a $275M Canadian subsidiary of the $3B publicly-traded company. Reported to the Canadian President while supporting 10 direct reports including 6 General Market Managers; General Manager of Transportation; Regional Facility Manager; Regional Sales Manager; Regional Account Manager and Market Business Manager and over 350 service staff across western Canada.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Enhanced market growth from $22MM to $75MM as a result of region-wide strategic and tactical planning and contract renegotiation.• Realized $10M revenue gain by creating a revitalized/upgraded Health Information Service to increase levels of customer satisfaction, retention and increase profit through updated operations and service delivery.• Identified market opportunity creating two paper Shred Plants. With tight resources created a lower-cost solution that became a prototype for the US market. These plants repatriated revenue and a 25% profit margin that was going to a vendor. While financially successful the new plants also greatly improved the security and privacy of these documents. • Added $1M annual revenue and 75% profit margin by redeveloping and launching a unique data transcription and storage service for the oil/gas industry.• Member of the national acquisition team that negotiated and on-boarded $20M in annualized revenue.• Partnered with the corporate real estate department to initiate a real estate development plan in anticipation of future market expansion that included the construction and management of 1M square feet of real estate.• Implemented “the Top Ten” senior-level account management through targeted relationship development and enhancement in multiple markets.• Led Canadian corporate initiative for implementation of all privacy laws including relationships with Provincial and Federal Privacy Commissioners.• Successfully led initial contract and 2 subsequent labor negotiations for unionized staff in 2 cities.
