Some key achievements were delivery of NZD $120M budget well ahead of plan for three years, with significant vendor savings delivered; severity 1, 2, and 3 outages reduced by over 50%; end user NPS improvement by 47 points; employee engagement improvement by 8 points; and Board acceptance of proposed three-year IT plan.

Multiple roles over five years: Responsible for IT architecture and strategy for DBS Group in Singapore, led Corporate Programme Office responsible for managing the bank's technology investment portfolio, managed consumer and core banking systems system delivery portfolio, IT sponsor of core banking renovation programme launched in 2005. Also led the creation of a new IT strategy and service-oriented “Foundation” architecture for DBS’ regional banking franchise. Upon successful presentation and approval by the DBS Board, he led the Foundation implementation program, overseeing a three-year budget of over $SGD 100M. Highlights of this program included the creation of a 200-seat Advanced Delivery Centre purpose-built for delivering Foundation-based applications, and the founding of an Integration Competency Centre.

As a lead architect on the EY Navigator/Fusion methods product, conducted early research into available client/server technology for methods automation and selected development technologies. Led design, pilot and implementation of a proprietary methods authoring environment. Managed the design and development of the first versions of the methods-based project planning tools. Designed and executed the conversion of paper based materials into a controlled repository. Worked closely with the methods subject matter experts and tools developers to complete the methods architecture, develop authoring standards, and complete the engineering of automated methods materials. Managed development of generated publications, including the methods handbooks, project charters from our planning tools, and hypertext methods delivery system. Part of team to develop standard information engineering methods for the US Army and pioneered representation of methods in graphical handbooks. Consultant and programmer/analyst on engagements for US military. At age 22, invented a novel system that modeled the complex matrices required by IT strategy process used by the Marine Corps and National Guard that significantly increased the productivity of the team. This system was used widely within the Pentagon and later marketed by AMS as the Strategic Systems Planner product for several years.
