I worked for a small IT company provide frontline 1/2/3rd line support to clients in the UK, Belgium and France. This includes many site visits to Brussels, Paris and London. Normal day-to-day support is conducted remotely over Virtual Private Networks and telephone or face to face where I had to use excellent communication skills. Cover is provided on a 24/7 basis to clients and I was expected to work as and when required to resolve these. This role required me to be extremely flexible and able to troubleshoot issues quickly due to the demand of our clients.
