When it comes down to it, we are all people. People are complex; situations around us are always changing, we all have thousands of things going on in our lives, and we all work, enjoy and react to things differently. That’s what I love about people.My strengths lie in being able to deal with different people at all levels. I am a good communicator and possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. I am someone who can build trusted relationships with, relate to, and deal with stakeholders across all levels and functions to support organisations, teams and individuals work though periods of change.My greatest satisfaction comes from being able to turn something from concept to reality and to bring people along the journey, working through any challenges along the way and recognising that not all people are the same. I am just another person, and I am not defined by my job. In my free time you might find me: attending the theatre; catching up with family and friends or just spending time at home with my partner and pets.
