My passion is helping organizations grow and people develop. With more than 30 years of experience in business and management consulting, I’ve seen it all. Having turned around a business, led a technology start-up and led numerous organizational change initiatives, I know what works and what doesn’t.Leveraging my experience from a Big 4 Consulting firm and using the latest academic research on best practices from my role as a top 20 business school professor, I focus on bridging the gap between strategy and results. My clients have described me as a collaborative leader, problem solver and true partner in their business success.
