Having turned around a business, led a technology start-up and led numerous organizational change initiatives, I know what works and what doesn’t.Leveraging my experience from a Big 4 Consulting firm and using the latest academic research on best practices from my role as a top 20 business school professor, I focus on bridging the gap between strategy and results.
