Currently I serve as the Director of Operations for our landscape maintenance division. Our division oversees the care of a variety of sites ranging from Class A retail to High End Residential. In addition I am also working on organizational development and bringing Maple Leafs internal processes and infrastructure up to speed. Recently I have begun drone flying, photography and video editing for our company in order to bring our amazing projects to light. Lastly I am the Business Developer for our maintenance division and work towards growing our company in strategic markets.

My role at ELM is to manage daily operations for Westchester, Greenwich and Downtown Stamford territory. I am responsible for maintaining overall quality of my properties and client relations for my portfolio. We strive to maintain the highest levels of quality, site appearance and customer service.

At Mario Borrello and Son Landscape Contractors my job was to manage day to day operations for the maintenance, pesticide, water management and construction divisions. Our focus was on managing daily landscape needs for "high end" home owner associations and prestigious estates in Westchester county. I was also tasked with designing and installing landscapes, lighting designs, seasonal flower displays and hardscape products. Additionally, my duties included generating and investigating cost controls of daily operations and construction projects as well as deploying cost saving and efficiency measures for the company.

I started my career at Landscape Management Systems in 2003 as a laborer/crew leader. In my time at LMS I learned, and was later put in charge, of estimating all bid-build in the company. These projects were landscaping, drainage and site work for some of the largest developers in the tri-state area. During my employment at LMS I estimated over eighteen million dollars worth of commercial construction and supervised the construction of over twelve million dollars of that work. In my seven years at LMS I was able to grow and learn the landscape, hardscape and water management industry from the ground up. As an estimator/project manager the concept of seeing a plan on paper and realizing the project in the field was amazing to me. During that time I had the privilege of working with some of the top people in our industry and learning from their combined knowledge and experiences.
