With ON24’s scalable and reliable Webcast Center platform, ON24 provides a full range of applications and services to over 500 global organizations. As the Senior Manager in the Professional Services Group, I was successful in implementing one of the company’s multi-million dollar accounts in the publishing sector. Day-to-day operations included planning, monitoring, and appraising the service level results and provide consistent and accurate forecasts of webcast events, production resources, and technical infrastructure.

As the nation’s leading provider of unbiased financial education and guidance to corporations and credit unions, Financial Finesse combines financial workshops with phone-base financial coaching, in person financial planning sessions and online content and tools to deliver personalized, ongoing financial planning programs. In charge of the Business Services and Technology department, I established an integrated process and organizational structure focused on maximizing the use of technology to meet the company’s priorities. I successfully created and managed a business driven technology organization for which the primary focus is implementing information oriented solutions that were most important to meeting business goals, objectives, and strategies of the company.

@TheMoment is a leader in real-time trading technology for e-commerce. Its “Dynamic Trading Suite” is the most flexible dynamic commerce solution for Net market makers and brick-and-mortars seeking to increase trading efficiency and maximize revenues. As a startup, I was brought in to build and develop multi-tiered technical support functions from the ground up to provide support and consultation to both internal and external clients, technology partners, resellers, and e-commerce service providers.

OfficeClick.com is the first Internet site tailored to the needs of administrative professionals. Its Online Workcenter portal is a unique, free service the consolidates daily administrative responsibilites into one place, allowing them to keep track of their tasks, meetings, schedules and deliveries, make travel arrangements, buy office supplies and keep their department informed. As the Director of Customer Care, I provided senior-level management responsibilities to include preparing short-term and long-term business plans based on corporate goals, growth objectives and strategic plans. These plans were instrumental in successfully partnering with FedEx and Corporate Express to create “co-branded” versions of the service. My primary objective then focused on supporting other third party vendors such as Office Depot, OfficeMax, DHL, Adecco, Dell and E! Online.

Netmosphere pioneered online project management collaboration. Managers are able to track project status online and real-time while staff and resources get real-time notification on tasks, deadlines, and dependencies. I was in charge of building a world-class technical support team than can rapidly scale to support over 1 million users. Furthermore, the following QA responsibilities elevated the product to be recognized as a first-rate, trouble-free, and easily maintainable which eventually led to acquisition by Critical Path, Inc.

As one of the first Java application servers, the company revolutionized the development and deployment of business critical intranet and extranet applications. I joined the renowned R&D team to support E-Trade, Travelocity, Hong Kong Telecom, and Pacific Bell Internet in the development and deployment of complex J2EE based applications. This revolutionary server software won numerous industry awards and accolades which eventually paved the way to Netscape’s acquisition of the company.

Academy of Art College is the nation’s largest private art and design school. Students are offered curriculums leading to degrees in AA, BFA, MFA, and Certificate Programs. I was in charge of building and maintaining an IT infrastructure that supports an ever increasing enrollment of at least 9,000 students, 200+ faculty, 100+ administrative personnel, and 600+ workstations.

Novadona, Inc. was a wholesaler and manufacturer of novelty toys and gifts. With over 100+ products, I was in charge of streamlining both its wholesale and manufacturing operations. Internal controls and procedures were established to support the company’s vast distribution channels ranging from 300+ resellers, 100+ direct sales, and 50+ primary vendors such as Spencer’s Gifts and Hallmark. Its manufacturing operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai were improved by efficient tracking of raw materials and real-time communication for effective design collaboration. Within a period of 6 months, cost of goods sold dramatically decreased, profit margins increased 50%, and revenue increased by 150%.
