Effectively restructured inventory and cost saving processes and designed accurate accounting systems for over 10,000 pieces of military equipment. Contract Management: Supervised performance based contracts for several large contractors. Redesigned and implemented an acquisition system in Afghanistan to oversee all contracted new equipment systems.Business Processing Reengineering. Pioneered the development of a velocity management system to reduce order and ship time and repair cycle time for processing repair parts that was put into effect throughout the Army.
