During 2018–2020, Åland Emergency center, under the auspices of the Government of Åland, introduced a new In- and Out alarm system for police, ambulance, and rescue services, which meant a technical complex implementation in 3 layers IT architecture. As the system is critical, high demands were placed on the integrations that the dispatcher system would ensure for, for example, automatic alarms, telephony, radio terminals, E-call and other critical infrastructure. My job as main project manager was to lead the project through the system's requirements, construction, completion, and testing.
